Ticket - Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PRIVATE STAMP COLLECTION VIEWING
1. Admission
Entry to the private viewing event (“Event”) is granted only to individuals holding a valid ticket issued by the Organiser (“Organiser”). Tickets must be presented upon entry.
2. Non-Transferability
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Organiser.
3. Right of Refusal
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or poses a risk to the collection, staff, or other guests.
4. Security and Conduct
Attendees must comply with all instructions provided by staff. Bags may be subject to inspection. Touching, handling, or interfering with any items in the collection is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted.
5. Damage and Liability
Attendees agree to take reasonable care while on the premises. Any damage caused to the collection or property by an attendee may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
6. Personal Property
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the Event.
7. Photography and Recording
Photography, video, or audio recording may be restricted. Where permitted, such use must be for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise authorised.
8. Health and Safety
Attendees must adhere to all health and safety guidelines. Entry may be refused to anyone who appears unwell or poses a safety risk.
9. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel the Event. In the event of cancellation, liability is limited to the face value of the ticket.
10. Last Admittance
Entry may be restricted or denied 30 minutes before published closing time.
11. Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using a ticket, the attendee agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
